Formerly a granary/drive shed, it has been beautifully restored exposing the beams including the pegs that join the truss. The original front has been restored with the barn doors. An electric fireplace was added with a 1850’s mantel. The Carriage house has a kitchenette, 3-piece bath with heated floors and stacked washer and dryer. With it's separate entrance, this would be a fantastic option for an in-law or guest suite.

Family Room: Once an open stable and outdoor storage, located on the south side of the basement, accessed by the veranda or main floor kitchen.
2014 - Cement floor poured, separate furnace. Heated porcelain floors, picture windows and 1820 mantel for the new electric fireplace. 3-piece bathroom.
